School Family Workers – provide a free, confidential, impartial support and signposting service for local families.
Working with the Schools within this Partnership we are fortunate to be able to provide a wide range of activities within the local area already. These include:
• Parent Support Services – Each school has an allocated Family Support Worker who is available to work in school and with parents at home.
• Pupil Support Services – Our Partnership has Pupil Support Workers who are available to work with groups of children or with children on a one to one basis to support them with their behaviour, emotional wellbeing and how to overcome difficulties they may be facing.
• SEND Support – Our Partnership has a specialist Family Support Worker who works with families of children with SEND.
• Specialist Support – We work closely with a wide range of local and national agencies to help families access any form of support they may need.
