Special School Outreach

Following Hertfordshire County Council’s Outreach Review, Woodfield Special School is now Dacorum’s official outreach school. The Outreach Team are available to provided funded sessions for mainstream primary schools. Visit www.woodfield.herts.sch.uk to download the Initial Contact Form.

Please note that Colnbrook Special School are no longer funded to support Dacorum schools.
